No. All paperwork can be completed online, and the model that you purchase or lease
will be delivered to your home. We offer contactless sales and service at Volkswagen
Brandon, and video conferencing is available if you have any questions along the
way.

Easily. We’re proud to offer the maximum amount for trade-in values per Kelley Blue
Book®, which will be applied to your new or used vehicle purchase.

Of course! Create My Deal will find the incentives and specials that you model
qualifies for, and will apply them to your total price. Nothing will slip through
the cracks when you use our online tool.

Yes. You can manually add protections such as GAP coverage or a service contract.
Create My Deal will just join your add-ons to your monthly payment after providing a
brief summary with more information on each addition. Add-ons include:

  • Volkswagen Service Protection Plan
  • Vehicle Service Contract
  • Total Loss Protection
  • ECP Auto Armor

Absolutely! You’ll be given the choice between four payment options so that you can decide which one best suits your budget.
We’ll ask you if you’d like to lease, finance or pay in cash as well.

Yes. Our online finance application will let you apply for pre-approval as you create your deal, and if you need to pause your application and
