2018 Volkswagen Tiguan Tampa FL
Don’t get us wrong, we love crossovers, but doesn’t it seem like they could use a little more room in the rear? Volkswagen seems to think so, which is why the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan is coming to us here at Brandon Volkswagen of Tampa FL with a longer wheelbase. What this means for you is that the model will have even more versatility than ever before. You now have the option of a model with either third-row seating, or even more room for all the items you need to stow in the cargo area.
If more room doesn’t catch the attention of modern drivers, one thing certainly will: A starting MSRP of $25,345. This is a competitive option for a model that offers up a standard 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 184 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque.

Trim levels for the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan
As you can see from the chart, the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan has plenty to offer when it comes to power, an attractive redesign and available features. The model is offered in four trim levels: S, SE, SEL and SEL Premium. Standard featurs include 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, halogen headlights, LED DRLs and taillights, a rearview camera, heated side mirrors, black roof rails, a trailer hitch, Rhombus cloth seating and a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink compatibility.
In addition to the four trims, there are four packages: Third-Row seating, Driver Assistance, Panoramic Sunroof and R-Line. The first package obviously puts a third-row in 4Motion AWD models, while Driver Assistance adds Forward Collision Warning with Autonomous Emergency Braking, Pedestrian Monitoring and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert to the S trim level. The Panoramic Sunroof package is available on the SE trim (the feature is standard on higher trims), while the R-Line offers style enhancements to the SEL and SEL Premium trim levels.
