I needed to have a motor vibration diagnosis done on my 2011 VW Jetta after a month at another brand dealer collision center. They supposedly were unable to replicate the issue that I was experiencing. In 45 seconds Jarrett saw what I was talking about and in an hour the tech David was able to state... that it was not normal and was in fact related to the front end collision I was involved in. My car is currently back having the needed repairs completed to restore my car back to a safe drivable condition as it was prior to the accident. Thank you to the service team for knowing and being able to provide the documentation to me! Show more

I set up an appointment to look at a 2017 Tiguan with Bill and it was super easy. He confirmed ASAP and the test drive went great. Super nice guys and I bought the car today. Was in and out in 2 hours. Best car buying experience ever. I usually service at the Kennedy location but may switch to here!... Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!! Show more
