2/27/2013 - Ifetayo - Really great staff. Helped me with an issue with a light that came on in car a few days prior with no issues. I called in and they told me to stop by nd a technician was waiting for me when I arrived. They then scheduled my service visit. I was offered to do it at the time but time did not permit so I came in a few days later. I was remembered and received excellent service again. Staff were a credit to the location and the Volkswagen brand.

As a side note, the actual service and maintenance performed on my vehicle has always been truly exceptional, so kudos to the whole team. 12/1/2012 - Richard - I bought my jetta from another dealership, but prefer to have all service done at Brandon Volkswagen as the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I have called the service manager Mike on the phone a couple of times and he answered all my questions, and even took the time to explain some controls in my car...of which the other dealership apparently failed to do. Overall I've been very pleased with my visits to Brandon VW and will probably continue to make it my VW dealership of choice...if only they could improve the mileage numbers on the TDI's. But i still like mine ( have had 3 now ) and i would not go back to a car without Diesel.

She is the only VW service advisor I have dealt with in the last couple years that calls the customer when promised. If she said she would call back that afternoon with an update I would have a call to me that afternoon (or sooner). Very proactive and excellent communicator which makes the process very smooth and stress free. We will be back for sure!

One of the service representatives gave me his card about 3 times which I thought was funny but I know other customers might find that a bit overbearing. In any case, the speed, quality, and friendliness is definitely demonstrated in your department and I will most assuredly be back and let others know about your service. Great job!

I wasn't planning on replacing the tires until my next service, but with her recommendation, I did. Lillian treats me like family and that is what keeps me coming back.

5/22/2012 - Claressa - Arnold was helpful and honest. He told me he would have my vehicle looked at to assess the problem prior to performing any repairs for no fee. He returned with the recommended repair and what it would cost. He also suggested I have my 30K oil change and inspection completed since I was already in the building and my car was almost due for it anyway. I appreciated this suggestion as it saved me another trip to the dealership. Arnold has great customer service skills.

Our VW has been serviced at this location several times in the past 6 months and his level of expertise has been unsurpassed. Brooks even went out of his way after work to test drive the vehicle after it left the dealership because of unforeseen and intermittent problems. It was quickly identified and the problem was resolved. I have had several long conversations with Brooks on the care of our vehicle and he has always spoke in terms anyone without automotive experience could understand. 1/2/2011 - Michael - Julie has maintained her courteous, professional, and knowledgeable demeanor throughout the past 3 years I've been going to Brandon VW for vehicle service. She should be commended!!

12/31/2010 - Peter - I have worked with Julie and Brooks quite a few times now and they have always been very friendly and professional.

12/28/2010 - Juan - I have always been treated like a part of the family by Brooks and Lillian in the Service Department. I will be leaving for the Army in the near future and I know that my wife will be taken care of in the same manner. Thank You very much.

12/24/2010 - Michael - Lillian always treats me wonderful! Suggests things I might do as I plan to buy the car after lease is up. Never tries to up sell me things I don't need or want. She's a keeper.
