4/16/2013 – Joseph - I came to the dealership for service of my lease vehicle and inquired about options. The sales manager was very helpful and assigned a sales person to help me right away but guided the deal throughout. His participation made me secure that the deal would be right. He also made it easy to trade in my lease vehicle. Throughout the transaction the whole team made me feel good about the deal and their desire to do the best they could for me. Mike the sales person was very accommodating and helpful. He was eager to get me to see different cars even though it was a rainy day.

I was driving a Toureg but wanted to get into a smaller car because of the small garage I have and my driving needs. Mike made sure this was no problem and it happened quickly and with no fuss. I chose a Tiguan which is a sweet car. Even though it is a lesser vehicle than the Toureg the package on the one I leased and the roominess of it made me very happy with the choice.

I was impressed with the fact that the sales manager and salesperson were very knowledgeable about the experience of leasing and helped me get into a mileage package that was suitable for me. I was worried about turning in my car because of extra wear and tear but they treated that all very easily and professionally, making me feel good about how much I got out of my car.

I came to this dealership four years ago after 22 years of Mazda ownership because I was impressed with a friend's Volkswagen
Even though I had a good relationship with my previous dealer I was impressed with this dealership right away. From day one they have treated me as a valuable customer and always offered me exceptional service. Mr. Kuhn introduced himself to me during the deal this time and was courteous and helpful. I think the whole team is A-1 in customer service, I really like the offerings of the packages by the young man who did my paperwork. It was clear that the packages were optional and no pressure was on but he helped me understand the value they had and made me more confident in choosing a Volkswagen.. Especially the shield protection against scratches and dents. In a lease vehicle this is one of the areas you worry about. The service department is so good and accommodating that I drive thirty miles to have my car serviced. First Lillian and now Julie always make me feel as they are there only for me and to get me in and out as quickly and conveniently as possible.

I have enjoyed my vehicle immensely since leasing it and have had a good feeling about the deal and how easy it was to make without any of the fuss and bother usually associated with buying a car, The team at the dealership has been eager to make sure that I am happy contacting me just to make sure there is nothing more I need and to make sure I come back for the service package provided to their dealership.

I am very satisfied and feel the deal ership is well run and eager to make new friends fro Volkswagen. Since I have been driving Volkswagen I have always answered people who ask how I like my car--I love my car. The reason is the exceptional product and the spirit of complete customer satisfaction the dealership offers.

I was recommended to the dealership by a satisfied friend four years ago and I recommend the dealership to all with whom I talk about cars. There is just a different kind of feel to the transactions there and the is a obvious desire to share the experience of driving a great car.

I was given a professional and complete explanation of every system and feature of the new Tiguan. This is my second car purchase from this dealership and I am enjoying this purchase even more than the first. My Tiguan has a fantastic ride and the service warrantee is a great bonus. 2/2/2012 - Ricardo - Our salesman, Nick Chumbris, was great. When we arrived late at the dealership on a Friday night.....he was actually in the process of going home. Literally at his own car, putting his jacket in and about to leave when he noticed that we were walking by. He asked if we'd been helped...we hadn't. He closed the door of his car and politely and enthusiastically asked, "well what can I help you find tonight"? That was true customer service. After he showed us a few cars, we decided to come back the next day for test drives, as we were all tired. We then threw Nick a curve ball the next morning by letting him know that we may be interested in a brand new car, instead of the couple of used cars that we were interested in the night before. Nick, again, politely said that he'd be waiting for us to arrive and he'd have a few options ready for us when we got there. Needless to say, he was able to close the deal and I am very pleased with the price a nd product. This is my 4th Volkswagen...and I'm pretty sure it won't be my last if customer service like Nick's is what I'm going to get! Thanks for my new car, Nick Chumbris and Brandon VW!!
