2/2/2012 - Ricardo - Our salesman, Nick Chumbris, was great. When we arrived late at the dealership on a Friday night.....he was actually in the process of going home. Literally at his own car, putting his jacket in and about to leave when he noticed that we were walking by. He asked if we'd been helped...we hadn't. He closed the door of his car and politely and enthusiastically asked, "well what can I help you find tonight"? That was true customer service. After he showed us a few cars, we decided to come back the next day for test drives, as we were all tired. We then threw Nick a curve ball the next morning by letting him know that we may be interested in a brand new car, instead of the couple of used cars that we were interested in the night before. Nick, again, politely said that he'd be waiting for us to arrive and he'd have a few options ready for us when we got there. Needless to say, he was able to close the deal and I am very pleased with the price a nd product. This is my 4th Volkswagen...and I'm pretty sure it won't be my last if customer service like Nick's is what I'm going to get! Thanks for my new car, Nick Chumbris and Brandon VW!!

The dealership was clean, they offered drinks and snacks during our visit, etc. This dealership, and in particular my salesman, completely changed the feeling I had (daunting!) about buying a new car. GREAT JOB all around!!

10/31/2011 - Rachel - I was pleasantly shocked to learn that we could turn in our 09 Jetta for an 11 Jetta for the same price - very glad we got called about that. Manger was able to match our current payment - he wanted to make a sale & it showed - we appreciated that. It saved us time which never seems to happen in a car dealership so we were very pleased.

The owner or manager, not sure which, was extremely friendly. While waiting on financing, he came up to us and was showing us the accessories in the trunk and telling us what he uses them for. It was definitely a friendly dealership, and not "pushy" by any means. Very comfortable place to buy from!!

He sold me the value of a weathered 10 year old Beetle that no one bothered to show me when I bought it new in 2002. He sold me the value of your dealer service long after all the warranties expired. Brooks sold me VW. Because of him, I'll be back.
