1/23/2012 - Sandra - I came to the service department without an appointment around 8:00 a.m. as a result of tire damage due to road debris. In spite of all of this unplanned trouble, Brooks Falzone took care of my car and made it possible for me to get to campus in time for my 9:00 a.m. class that I was scheduled to teach. He always provides personalized service and goes above and beyond when caring for my vehicle. Because of the service dept., my next car will be purchased at Brandon VW!!

The place I took my previous vehicle got a new manager a year or so ago, and customer service is not his calling. Dealing with Lillian was refreshing.

4/13/2011 - Alicia - Was able to come the very next morning after my call to service dept. about my rear window. Julie took care of me immediately. I was given a rental car for my ride to work where I arrived earlier than ever before even in a downpour. Julie called a few hours later letting me know I could pick up my Jetta any time. Our VW has been serviced at this location several times in the past 6 months and his level of expertise has been unsurpassed. Brooks even went out of his way after work to test drive the vehicle after it left the dealership because of unforeseen and intermittent problems. It was quickly identified and the problem was resolved. I have had several long conversations with Brooks on the care of our vehicle and he has always spoke in terms anyone without automotive experience could understand. The cost of the repairs were always applied with allowable coupons and discounts which helped to reduce the cost of repairs, which helps in today’s economy. Please extend my appreciation and nomination to Brooks along with any monetary awards that the dealership recognizes for employees whom deliver Excellent quality customer service, as he truly deserves one.
